Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport and trust with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information on various vehicle models, features, pricing, and financing options.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Sales Process Management:
Demonstrate vehicles and highlight features that align with customers preferences.
Present financing and leasing options, and assist customers with understanding payment terms.
Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and other terms of sale with customers.
Close sales and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on new vehicle models, industry trends, and promotions.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the products sold, including technical specifications, features, and options.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process and post-purchase, addressing any concerns or questions.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining a well-organized showroom and lot.
Help track inventory, noting when vehicles need to be ordered or restocked.
Participate in vehicle presentations and events to showcase inventory.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on sales progress.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other sales team members, managers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
